Our size chart is just to be used as a guide. The way a garment will fit is most often dependent on style and fabric. We have made every effort to try to give detail on every garment and on this page.
ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF THEY ARE:
- unwashed, unworn, and unaltered in any way
- have original tags attached
- returned in person or via shipment to our store within 14 days of the original order date to be eligible for return for refund via form of payment used to purchase the order
- returned in person or via shipment to our store within 30 days of the original order date to be eligible for store credit
- All items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, and any other stains
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and placed inside an additional box or package. Damage to the shoebox makes the item ineligible for return for refund or store credit.
- Keep in mind when you're trying on shoes to try them on in a carpeted, clean area. If the shoes have any signs of being worn, they will be ineligible for return and may be shipped back to you at your expense.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return. Your order will be shipped back to you at your expense. Orders that we have not received return shipping payment on will be donated after 30 days.We are human and even though we thoroughly check orders before they leave our store, we understand that sometimes mistakes are made on our behalf. If you received incorrect merchandise or damaged merchandise, you must contact our store within 3 days to notify us of the issue.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?
- To qualify for a return for refund, your item must be received at our store within 14 days of your original purchase.
- To qualify for a return for store credit, your item must be received at our store within 30 days of your original purchase.
- If your item is received between 15-30 days, we will only give store credit. The items must be eligible for return in every case.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR STORE CREDIT:
- Items in our sale category
- Items purchased at 30% discount or more
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Returns received after 30 days of original order or purchase
- Shipping charges -- except in cases where we have made an error.
- Gift cards are not eligible for return in any case.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days or they will not be eligible for return and they must meet the eligibility requirements.
Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We ship flat rate USPS for $5.00 on all orders. It is our promise to you that items ordered on our website will ship within 48 hours unless it is a custom order or the item is on backorder. Buyer will be notified if items may take longer due to backorder or special conditions. Our shipping couriers sometimes use a hub and spoke shipping model so if you live in Washington and notice your package is in New York, don't fear! Often times shipping carriers do this sort of thing to cut down the cost of shipping for all of us.
Amaranth Collection is not responsible for lost return shipments. We ask that if you are retuning an item that you get a tracking number in case something happens to the package in transit. We will not issue refunds or store credits for items that are not received by our returns department.
Please follow the instructions on our return forms before returning an item to our store. If an item is being replaced or exchanged for store credit, customer will be charged for shipping on each shipment from Amaranth Collection the the customer.
