Discounts and Return Policy
ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF THEY ARE:
- unwashed, unworn, and unaltered in any way
- have original tags attached
- returned in person or via shipment to our store within 7 days of the original order date to be eligible for return for refund via form of payment used to purchase the order. If the item was shipped to you, the return date is based on the date you received the item according to USPS tracking. If you need a return shipping label, we are happy to send it. If you use our label, there will be a $5 return service fee deducted from your refund or store credit.

- All items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, and any other stains
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and placed inside an additional box or package. Damage to the shoebox makes the item ineligible for return for refund or store credit.
- Keep in mind when you're trying on shoes to try them on in a carpeted, clean area. If the shoes have any signs of being worn, they will be ineligible for return and may be shipped back to you at your expense.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return. Your order will be shipped back to you at your expense. Orders that we have not received return shipping payment on will be donated after 30 days.We are human and even though we thoroughly check orders before they leave our store, we understand that sometimes mistakes are made on our behalf. If you received incorrect merchandise or damaged merchandise, we ask that you please contact us within 3 days to notify us of the issue.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?
- To qualify for a return for refund, your item must be received at our store within 7 days of when your original purchase was delivered to you.
- To qualify for a return for store credit on a gift card, your item must be received at our store within 30 days of when your original purchase was delivered to you.
- If your item is received between 8-30 days, we will only give store credit back to a gift card. The items must be eligible for return in every case.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY:
- Items in our sale categories
- Items purchased at 30% discount or more
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IN ANY FORM:
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Returns received after 30 days of receipt of original order or purchase
- Shipping charges -- except in cases where we have made an error.
- Gift cards are not eligible for return in any case.
- Face Masks, Ear Savers, and Bandanas.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving or they will not be eligible for return and they must meet the eligibility requirements.
Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to make changes to the policy at any time. We reserve the right to make conditional exceptions or denials to this policy at any time.
- Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated
- AC Perk Point discounts cannot be combined with any other sale or discount unless otherwise stated in terms
- If shipping does not meet free shipping criteria after discount is applied, purchase does not qualify for free shipping.
- Teacher discount or any special discount code cannot be applied to clearance items.
