Updates to Amaranth Collection Effective September 1, 2020

I think it's safe to say we are all aware that 2020 has reshaped our lives forever. Whether we want to or not, 2020 has forced us to adapt to change and reshape our views of what daily life looks like.

We have been working like crazy to adapt to the new normal of retail, and with that we have decided to make a few changes here at Amaranth Collection.

I'm all about transparency so I want you to know that not all of these changes are easy for me. I wish that I could just give all the discounts, free shipping, extra sales all the time. Unfortunately, if Amaranth Collection is going to be around for the long haul, we have to make some changes to adapt. 

These changes will become effective September 1st, 2020. 

The first change, most of you know about. We changed our hours for the summer, and we have decided to keep them in place until further notice. I've listed below our new operating schedule.


The second thing we will be changing effective September 1st is our return policy. Starting Tuesday, our return for refund window will be 7 days. You can still make returns for up to 30 days for store credit on a gift card, however if you are needing a refund, the new time window will be 7 days. If you have your item shipped, the 7 days will start the day that your package is confirmed as delivered. If you choose in-store pickup, you have 7 days from the date of your purchase.

Free shipping will also increase from $50 to $75 to account for the increase in our shipping costs this year from the USPS.

The final change we are making is to our AC Perks point system. If you have not switched your points over from Perkville yet, now is the time. In the lower left corner of our website, you will click on the "rewards" icon. Make sure that your account is created with the same email you used for Perkville. 

Once you've joined, your points should sync. If you have any issues or need to use a different email address, reply to this email and I can help you get setup. 

The change we are making as of September 1st is the point redemption system. The amount of points needed for rewards will change on Tuesday. If you want to grab some great deals using the rewards/point redemption ratio we currently have, you can still claim those codes through Monday, August 31st. 

There are tons of ways to earn through this loyalty app, it is WAY easier than our previous loyalty programs. The other benefit is that you can redeem in-store or online with ease. 

This will be our new method of discounts as we will no longer be sending coupons every single month. This doesn't mean we won't have amazing deals or discounts, this is just the best way we have found for you all to continue to earn coupons and discounts all month long. 

The cool thing about AC Perk Points system is that you can earn just for being an engaged, loyal customer. You can earn points for sharing us on social media, leaving reviews on products you've purchased, and obviously you'll earn points for every dollar spent at Amaranth Collection. 

This may seem like a lot of changes, but I think in the long run it's going to be a pretty easy transition. If you have any questions, please feel free to reply to this email.
